Who we are and what this covers
This notice explains how Bluemedia24 (“we”, “us” or “our”) handles personal information through bluemedia24.com, its inquiry forms, cookie controls and privacy request form. Bluemedia24 determines the purposes of this website’s processing and is the controller or business for that activity, where those terms apply.

This notice covers visitors and people contacting us through this website. Client campaign data, client customer records, call recordings and advertising account integrations may involve a separate service agreement, data processing agreement and notice. Demonstrations of those products on this website do not automatically connect your visit to an advertising account or create a recording.
Links to Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and other third-party websites take you to services governed by their own notices. Platform logos and locally hosted demonstration images are not advertising pixels.
Information we collect
| Category and source | Examples and purpose |
|---|---|
| Contact and business details you provide | Name, email, phone, business name, website, city or neighborhood, industry and the service you ask about. Used to understand and respond to your inquiry. |
| Planning information you choose to provide | Goals, budget, timing, team or business context and your message. Optional details help us prepare and prioritize a relevant conversation. |
| Privacy request information | Your name, reply email, request category, optional location and message, request reference and handling status. Used to receive, verify and respond to your request. |
| Technical information from your connection | IP address, browser/request information, requested URLs and timestamps can be processed by hosting and security infrastructure to deliver and protect the website. |
| Device storage and choices | Your versioned cookie choice, its date and expiry, any Global Privacy Control signal recorded with that choice, your selected motion preference and optional session animation state. |
| Analytics information, with your permission | Google Analytics receives page views, website interaction events, referral information, browser/device information and cookie identifiers to help us understand and improve website use. We do not send the answers in our contact or privacy forms as analytics event parameters. |
| Derived inquiry information | A rule-based inquiry score and priority based on the answers you provide. These assist handling of inquiries and do not constitute an automated decision with legal or similarly significant effects. |
Our public forms do not request payment information, government identifiers, health records, precise GPS location or passwords. Please do not send sensitive information or information about someone else unless it is necessary and you are authorized to do so. A city or neighborhood you type is not GPS tracking.
Providing an inquiry is voluntary. Required fields are needed to identify the request and contact you; without them the form cannot be submitted or we may be unable to respond. You can browse the site without submitting a form or accepting optional storage.
Why we use information
- Respond to a request and discuss services. We use your contact details and business context to understand the inquiry and communicate with you. Where EU/UK law applies, this may involve steps you request before a contract, or our legitimate interest in responding to a business representative.
- Operate and protect the website. Hosting, error handling, abuse prevention and spam controls support a reliable service. These rely on legitimate interests in security and operation, and legal obligations where relevant.
- Respect privacy choices and rights. We record your choices and handle requests to comply with applicable obligations and demonstrate how a request was handled.
- Understand website use with your permission. Google Analytics is optional and remains blocked until you allow the analytics category. You can withdraw permission in Cookie settings. Advertising personalization and Google signals are disabled in our tag configuration.
- Remember optional experience preferences. We use the optional session storage described below only after an affirmative choice. You can withdraw that choice at any time.
The growth brief’s contact permission is specific to responding to that request. Submitting it is not a newsletter subscription or consent to unrelated marketing, advertising cookies, automated sales texts or the sale of personal information.
Cookie choices do not waive your privacy rights. We do not rely on silence, scrolling or continued browsing as consent to optional storage. Where consent is the legal basis, withdrawal does not affect processing that was lawful before withdrawal.
International transfers
Operating a website with international hosting and support may involve processing outside your home country, including the United States, Israel and countries where the infrastructure providers operate. The applicable hosting locations, subprocessors and contractual arrangements must be confirmed for the production service; this page does not promise that your data stays in one country.
Where EU or UK transfer rules apply, a restricted transfer requires an applicable adequacy decision or appropriate safeguards, such as approved contractual clauses and any necessary additional measures, or a legally available exception. Where Israeli law applies, transfers must meet the applicable Privacy Protection Regulations on transfers abroad and any required recipient commitments. Cookie consent alone is not a substitute for these requirements.
Use the privacy request form to ask about recipients, locations and safeguards relevant to your information. We do not claim a certification, representative appointment or transfer contract that has not been verified.
How long information is kept
Retention depends on the purpose, the status of your inquiry or relationship, necessary follow-up, applicable recordkeeping obligations and the establishment or defense of claims. Information should not be kept just because storage is available.
- Inquiry records: retained for handling the inquiry and a relevant business relationship, then reviewed for deletion or anonymization when no longer needed, subject to legal holds or obligations.
- Privacy request records: retained as needed to handle the request and maintain evidence of the response under applicable law.
- Spam prevention: our form endpoints store a hash derived from the connection IP and the date, rather than the raw IP in the submission record. It is used to compare recent submissions. This is pseudonymization, not a claim of anonymity, and does not describe separate hosting logs.
- Browser storage: specific durations and controls appear in the table below. Your cookie choice expires after 180 days, or earlier if you remove it or the notice version changes.
Before public launch, operational retention periods, review responsibilities and provider log/backup schedules are being finalized. The current database does not automatically delete inquiry or privacy request records after a fixed number of days. You can ask about retention or request deletion using the contact route below.
Reasonable technical and organizational safeguards are needed to protect information, including access controls, secure transport, appropriately limited access and incident handling. No website can promise absolute security. Do not send passwords or identity documents through these public forms; any necessary identity verification should use a proportionate, suitable method.
Your privacy choices
Select Reject optional to keep optional storage off, or Manage preferences to make a specific choice. The Cookie settings link in the footer remains available so you can change your mind. Closing the settings panel without saving does not give consent.
Rejecting optional storage does not prevent access to our services or inquiry form. If your browser blocks storage, we apply the choice for the current visit but may be unable to remember it next time. A choice belongs to this browser and device, not automatically to all your devices.
Do not sell or share / targeted advertising: no sale, sharing for cross-context behavioral advertising or targeted-advertising integration is active in the current website. You may still submit an opt-out request below. We recognize Global Privacy Control (GPC) through the browser signal or request header and keep marketing permission off. GPC does not require you to complete a form.
Older Do Not Track signals are not used to turn on or authorize any optional purpose. The site applies its opt-in controls and GPC handling independently. You can also clear site data in your browser; this may remove your saved choice and cause the notice to appear again.
Exercise a privacy rightInformation for visitors in Europe and the UK
Where the GDPR, UK GDPR or applicable local privacy and electronic communications law applies, you may have rights to access and obtain a copy of your data, correct it, request erasure, restrict processing, object to processing based on legitimate interests, and obtain portability where its conditions are met. You may withdraw consent, and you have the right to object to direct marketing.
You may also have rights concerning solely automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects. Our website uses a simple inquiry-prioritization rule; it does not make that kind of decision about you. You can ask for information or human review of how your inquiry is handled.
We will handle applicable requests without undue delay and generally within one month. Where the law permits an extension for complexity or number of requests, we will explain it within the initial period. Rights can be subject to legal conditions and exceptions; we will explain any refusal and available remedies.
You can complain to the supervisory authority in your habitual residence, workplace or place of an alleged infringement, or the UK Information Commissioner where applicable. You do not have to contact us first. See the European supervisory authorities or the UK ICO.
Any requirement to appoint an EU/UK representative or data protection officer depends on the actual business activity and legal scope. Relevant appointments and contact details must be established where required; none is asserted by this pre-launch notice.
U.S. state privacy information
Depending on your state, the nature of our processing and whether statutory thresholds apply, you may have rights to know or access personal information, correct inaccuracies, request deletion, obtain a portable copy, and opt out of sale, targeted advertising or certain profiling. California also provides rights relating to sharing for cross-context behavioral advertising and, where applicable, limiting certain uses of sensitive personal information.
The categories, sources, purposes, recipient categories and retention criteria for this website are described above. Contact identifiers, business details, internet/network information and inquiry-priority inferences may be processed. Sensitive personal information is not requested for optional profiling. This website has no active sale/sharing or targeted-advertising integration and does not offer a financial incentive for allowing tracking.
You may exercise applicable rights without unlawful discrimination. An authorized agent can contact us on your behalf, subject to reasonable verification of identity and authority where permitted. We will not require unnecessary information to process a request; browser-based GPC opt-outs do not require identity verification.
Applicable access, correction or deletion requests are generally handled within 45 days where state law specifies that period, with any permitted extension explained. Opt-out requests and other rights may have different or shorter deadlines. We will apply the period required by the law governing your request.
If we decline a request and your state provides an appeal right, choose “Appeal a privacy request decision” below and include the prior reference and your reason. We will review the appeal and explain the outcome, applicable timing and any right to contact your state attorney general or privacy regulator.
Learn more about California privacy rights and Colorado privacy rights. Rights differ between states; this notice does not assume that every state law applies to every business.
Information for visitors in Israel
Where Israeli law applies, processing is governed by the Protection of Privacy Law, 5741–1981, as amended, including Amendment 13, and applicable regulations. Giving us information through these forms is voluntary and is not required by law. If you do not provide the information needed to handle a request, we may be unable to respond or provide the requested assistance.
The operator, purposes, kinds of information and intended recipient categories are described above. You may request access to information about you held in a database and request correction or deletion of information that is incorrect, incomplete, unclear or not up to date, subject to the applicable law and exceptions. Additional deletion rights may apply in particular circumstances, including rules for qualifying information transferred from the EEA.
If direct-mailing provisions apply to a communication or database, you may exercise the applicable removal and related rights. Our website inquiry and privacy forms do not enroll you in a mailing list. Requests can be made through the form below or by phone, without giving up any statutory route or remedy.
Where relevant, information security, outsourcing, database registration or notification, appointment obligations and international transfers require operational measures in addition to this notice. You may contact the Israel Privacy Protection Authority about your statutory rights or concerns.
A website for business inquiries
This website is intended for adults acting in a business capacity, not children. We do not knowingly seek personal information from children under 16 through these forms or use the website for advertising directed to children. If you believe a child has provided information, contact us so we can review and take appropriate action.
Do not include medical records, information about patients or clients, government ID, payment details or other sensitive information in a general inquiry. The fact that we discuss marketing for healthcare or legal businesses does not make this website a channel for their customers’ confidential information.
Changes to this notice
We will update this page when website practices or applicable requirements change and show the revision date. Material changes may need a more prominent notice. If a new optional provider or materially different purpose requires consent, a previous choice will not be used as permission for it.
Continued browsing after an update does not, by itself, constitute consent to new optional processing. This notice supplements any mandatory rights and does not limit them.
Let’s handle your request.
Use this form for access, correction, deletion, an opt-out, an appeal or a question about privacy. We may need to verify your identity or clarify the request before disclosing or changing records. Please send only what is necessary.
The form records your request for review. It does not automatically delete data or complete a legal rights request. The phone number above is a regular business contact number.
